The Heritage of Hugo Grotius

The Friends of Loevestein Foundation (Stichting Vrienden van Loevestein) was founded over forty years ago. Its private and business friends, known as 'Leenheren' (lords), support the museum by donating financial contributions with which new presentations and publications can be realized.

In recent years, for example, the foundation has contributed to the realisation of the exhibition 'De Erfenis' (The Heritage).
